Ok, so someone suggested to me today i should replace one of my bulbs with actinic to get more color on my corals. i currently have two 50/50's. i cant find pictures of this. do any of you? any cons of doing this? how Dark will it be? i dont want it extremley dark.. i may do this and put a white led in the middle of the lights (i already have a blue) thanks guys.

Yes you shouldnt have two whites on the fixture replace it with an actinic bulb and you will notice a huge diference

If you like the look of the tank now, leave it alone. Just like you said, removing a daylight lamp (or a half daylight lamp) and replacing it with an all blue lamp will make the tank appear darker.

Yea..I may wait until I have more corals..( which is the reason I was going to do it). Thanks guys.
