Hi every one. I have a problem and can use some advice. I have a bad case of black beard algae in my tank. I went on vacation for 3 weeks and left my sister in charge of my tank. I come home and I notice I have black beard algae now it's out of control. I'm doing 30 percent water changes every week what can I do to get my tank back to where it needs to be

Nice setup. Too bad you don't have the fertilizers to back them up :)

The culprit of your algae outbreak is most likely a lack of proper amounts of ferts for the plans.

I would highly suggest looking into either EI or PPS Pro dosing regimens for your tank.
