Aquarium Advice Freak
My gold dojo loach has a little black dot (tiny spec) on the top of his head that he didn't have before. It almost looks like algea or something like that. My ammonia and nitrite are 0 and nitrate is 10 and ph is 7.8. He is acting ok, not sure what to do. I want to try to wipe it off and see if it comes off but it would probably freak him out. (if I could even do it??) Sound like anything you know of? It was there last night and still today.
ps. My tank is still at 87o for an ich treatment, will start putting the temp down at the end of next week. No other treatment in tank, just heat. No signs of ich for at least a week and 1/2 now. Started treatment June 1st.
