Blood worm question

How long do frozen blood worms stay good when they have been thawed and put in the fridge?
I bought them for my betta (the mollies seem to like them too), but there's no way I'm feeding them an entire cube.

I thaw out my frozen food for my fish then use it again the next night so for me 24hrs in the fridge, bloodworm can also become pretty smelly so you don't want to leave it for too long.

I just slice off what I need from a cube with a razor blade, no thawing needed.
