My blue crayfish just molted. Do I remove to molted shell or leave it in there. I read somewhere they eat them, but I thought you'd just take it out.

Leave it in he will eat it and reuse the calcium and other minerals.

I would leave it in for a day and remove whatever is left tomorrow.
