Bottom Feeder Conundrum

How many upside down catfish could I have in a 20g long tank? I see they are better in groups of three or more. But I also have an albino bn pleco in there. Can I even fit three upside downers in there? Do I need to re-home?

Current residents are : one dwarf flame gourami and seven neons, in addition to the one bn pleco and one upside down catfish.

You could get away with 2 maybe 3 more tops with proper filtration and staying on top of your maintainence.

I have a marineland penguin 200 (50g) on that tank. Is that good enough? And I just got a loaner python to use and I love it... I practically have to stop myself from doing water changes now!
