Breeding Firemouth Cichlids

Has anyone had any experience breeding firemouths successfully? I am interested in doing so and will try to get some good pictures so maybe someone can sex them if that's possible. Thanks.

As far as sexing. Think females will have longer trailers on the ventral and dorsal fins.

Any tips on encouraging breeding? I just want to do it to see the amazing cichlid parenting. From what I hear its pretty rewarding.
