Breeding food

Hi people,

Just looking for advice on what food i can breed to feed my convicts.

Have been buying frozen bloodworms, crill, little shrimp, mussels, and all sorts of weird things.

I feel like setting up something/somewhere to bred little bugs/insects etc....

anyone know what sort of things are easy and got any advice?

i know you can grow brine shrimp pretty simply. What about bloodworms etc?

to be honest in my experience convicts really don't need any conditioning to get them to breed they are very prolific i had mine in my tank for all of 2 weeks before i had a batch of babies. and now i don't know what to do with all of them. running out of things to feed them too.
