I did that once. Wife asked what I was doing and I said I was spending QUALITY time in the FISH ROOM. Her head spun around like the girl in the Exorcist.
Technically it's a bedroom converted to an office. Later added a fish tank and a "holding/QT" tank (those don't count as real tanks, know what I'm saying ?).
Late to the party...I understand that there will be an auto water change system controlled by a switch? And this room has a floor drain? Sweet!

Yessir.. it's on wheels but I don't have to move it, it's directly behind the tank stand wall. Only 2 feet from 40b. New pump works to good, need a ball valve.

Once the plumber gives me the drain stubs off the main I'll be loving it! Sump you say?? That'd be kind of awesome not having to be gentle on the substrate. I was more thinking of hooking a valve up to cannister outputs for refill.. wait until I get my command center switch board on the wall.. oooo babyyyyy
