Fixed the leak on sunsun, totally my fault, when I took the hoses off I cut them with a razor knife, left a very slight score in plastic. Sanded it down and no more leaky.. I'll keep the parts for the next time I do something stupid

One thing i DO know for a fact is that extra fish cave parts = peace of mind. Always nice after going oh crap... to go... oh wait, i got one of those.

No, an extremely shape razor knife though, carved a micro slit but enough to allow water through. I reccomend the sunsun. I won't buy anything else. Suns and ac's 4lyfe

Hello! Brookster here.. tanks are all running smooth. Did a small wc on all 4, 20% or so.. trying to ease them onto new water source. Everyone seems to like it so far. My plumber said dedham has some good water and my apisto.macs would seem to agree because they were Gettin all frisky with each other! I will be keeping a 10 gal running at all times for fry here. Seems silly not too.. my mission for this weekend is to organise both clutter wise and wire wise..

I like making plans for the weekend on Weds!!!
I changed water tonight so I will probably change water on the weekend.... "pour "plans??!!
Sometimes just new water triggers the fish to breed!
I have experienced more frequent spawns from Poppas Jayhawk rams and others with mine after they have been 'transfered'...
Andy says ABC(Always Be Changing) in another context ,but I think it triggers the fish also IMO.
Good water and all the new set up /equipment could make for some epic fish keeping!!

New water.. the reports I read had salinity 4x where I was in my old place.. than again im.guessing these readings were gathered at the begining of the year after a major major winter where runoff would have contributed to these abnormal values. thinking these values are a few months old. This town uses chlorine over mines so atleast my aerated water barrel is doing something
