Brown knife fish..completely reclusive.

Is this normal? He shares the tank with a bichir. Paremeters are great. Hes under the same rock all dau every day. Only comes out to feed. Wth

What size tank and how long have you had him?

40g breeder. Bichir is 3 inch. Knife is about four. Going on a month. Low light too.

Ya, brown knife fish are nocturnal, sounds like pretty typical behavior.
