Just got a bubble tip anemone today,can I feed it frozen shrimp,if so how often

I've read that feeding once a week is fine as long as lighting is suitable.

It is a nano,compact flourescent,tank isn't that deep

I'm no expert on nano's and their lighting...but I wouldn't try to keep a nem under PC.
