bubbles in silicone of Resealed Tank

I resealed a tank and just filled it. This picture shows the brace across the middle. The silicone has turned white from what I think are bubbles. Will the seal on the brace end up failing soon? Also, there are tiny bubbles in the corners between the pieces of glass. These are far fewer than the picture of the brace. Will these fail as well? There are currently no leaks.

also, where did the bubbles come from because I didn't see them when I inspected it before I filled it.
