Bubbles on top of water

I have bubbles on top of the water but it is not cloudy. I've always seen bubbles accompany foggy water. all water tests have been perfectly normal. And I have been doing a 25% water change daily for a week. They aren't as bad but they aren't gone either???

Do you have fish in the tank? If so what kind

Yes I have 4 ruby barbs, 3 golden zebra danios, and 1 golden algae eater.

What kind of filter do you have? I get a little bit of the bubble stuff at the top with an HOB filter..

Looks completely normal to me! Lots of oxygen bubbles!

Its just more bubbles than Ive seen before, but all levels are correct and fish are super happy!! Thanks everyone!!
