budget frag tank

I had a 10 gallon freshwater kit that i have had running for years and am converting it into a frag tank. Im not new to the hobby but i have bought 2 new tanks in 3 months so money is tight. I been bringing frag mushrooms into my lfs to get in store credit and have found most everything except the light. I am looking for something under 70 that i can get good growth out of rics and smooth mushroom

Sorry for responding so late but i was also looking art he 12 inch wave point light and that is $50 I've looked at par 38 and own one but they end up around $100 with the fixture

I am only really fragging rics and mushrooms and people say just fluorescents are all you need but I want faster growth rate

how much would that cost and is there a risk for overheat or fire with wires
