Bumble bee shrimp

I found this shrimp on live aquaria and want to get one eventually, it is a Bumble Bee Shrimp (Gnathophyllum americanum). Does anyone know anything about one or have any experience with them? I would appreciate any advice so I can make up my mind on this one.

I've always wanted one but I've heard they have some very specific demands and are not for the average aquarists.

Neat shrimp.. Reminds me of a pistol shrimp.

I am hoping to let my asterina starfish spread a bit and when I think I have a good sized population I am planning on getting a couple. Does anyone know if this will help them thrive in my tank? Also will they eat anything else?
