I am amazed at how nice the aquarium pictures look that were sent in! I tried to take afew pictures and all of them had a green tint to them.

Do you have a white balance setting on your camera? My camera has about 5 white balance settings - some for indoor light and some for outdoor light. If it's not set properly for the lighting you are using, the picture can look very strangely tinted.

Thanks for moving this for me! I am a newby to the forum and wasn't aware of the show off photography forum listing. Actually, I beleave my camera does. Yes! Simple as that I see! "Thanks for the info Deb!!!. I was about to purchase a filter lense for my 35mm that corrects the florescent lighting tint that shows green in photos. A little tip I learned from RitzCamera Store, that I didn't even need. Now I'm back to using my digital.
