Bad pic, just looks like hair. Can you re-take pic in aquarium?

Lol iv tried to but its very poor quality. But as you said it does look like hair and its about 6cm long and its coming out of my spraybar

It's probably just some sort of hair algae. It tends to form on spraybars due to their high light and flow. SAE and some other fish will eat it, or you can nuke it with excel if necessary. Manual removal might work just as well.

Otos will not eat it.
