They are yellow, long tail, and wings? I'm acclimating my new fish. Came with fire fish

Not that I know of! There were none in my other Baggie w my goby. I've never seen them before, didn't notice them in the tank and I was steering at them for awhile.

From the pix I say brine shrimp nothing to worry about flat worms would be in a rock or corals. They had to be feeding them.

Looks like brine shrimp aka sea monkeys. My friend grows them to adult size and thats what they look like
