Can I use medication with my Eheim filters on?

As long as theres no carbon/purigen/other chemical media, theres no reason to not run your filters. What type of fish do you have and how do you plan on treating them?
I have 3 uaru chiclids that have icy, which are nearly healed and 1 green terror that has wasting disease. the GT is pooping nearly clear things. I have read that ich and wasting disease can be linked. I have medication that fights both ich and protozoan parasites, which I believe is the cause of the wasting disease.

Good luck! Just make sure you keep a close eye on your water parameters because many meds will harm your good bacteria. If the water is unhealthy, no amount of meds will help.
