How do I know if I have enough circulation in my tank? I have a nano power head for it, however it just seemed like to much for my little 12 gallon

They don't like too much flow. If the frogspawn is moving around too much the fleshy part could get torn from hitting rocks.

You are probably pretty good on flow. As stated many corals prefer low flow and none of yours will want too much (moderate at most). Is your xenia pumping?

If it is a true blue it may not. I have the pink/white pompom which is almost impossible to get them to stop pumping (one of the reasons I like it). As long as it is opening up it should be fine. If corals have too much flow they will usually refuse to open fully and will fail to thrive.
