Bought three to start off 3 days ago, but yesterday I started to notice that one of them had their dorsal and tail fins clamped. The other 2 are swimming around and active along with the neon tetras in the tank. He just sits on the bottom and doesn't seem to move except to move an inch over or take a gulp of air over long spans of time. P.S Tank has been cycled for a month and a half.
