Cloudy Fish Tank

Hi, noob freshwater aquarist here.

I have finished setting up my freshwater aquarium about 4 days ago, and I decided to do a fishless cycle. Everything looked fine, until yesterday, the tank got pretty cloudy with this kinda whitish color to it... I have no idea where this came from or how to fix it. When will the cloud go away? Can I add fish this Sunday?

If your doing a fishless cycle you cant add fish this sunday, regardless of cloudiness. Theres no way your cycled already.

When will I be ready to add fish then? And when do I know if the cycling is finished?
