Would a increase in temp. cause water to cloud up. Today I noticed My heater was knocked down and temp. increased.

Is the water milky in color, or is it more of a green or brown? If it's a milky white color, it's probably bacterial bloom like the member above posted.

I've had bacterial bloom in my tank since I inherited it. I've tried everything to get rid of it without luck. Guess I might be getting a Diatom filter as a last resort.

Good luck!
