Aquarium Advice Addict
I think the crisis is over but I need help to protect them. This morning, after setting up two new DIY CO2 bottle last night, my BN were very lythargic. Not swimming, laying on side and almost like they were asleep. I put an airstone in the tank and they have come back to life almost litterally.
NH4 - 0, NO2 - 0, NO3 - 30, PO4 - 3-4, pH - 6.8, KH 11, GH - 18
CO2 approximately 52ppm.
Here is what I need to know:
Should I disconnect my CO2 at night? Should I run the airstone at all times? Should I only run the airstone at night? How much will the airstone running effect my CO2 levels if I run it all the time with the CO2 going into my AC intake?
I know I have to test for some of this but I won't chance losing my BN for a sword and java fern.
