Unforturnely I don't think you'll find an answer here, if the fish is eating and swimming somewhat normally, the water parameters and temp are good, there are no visual disease symtoms, and your sure its not stress then that pretty much rules everything we can help you with.
 
Can we rule out bacteria/fungus/parasites infections?

For the most part yes, especially since he's eating and acting somewhat normal. If something changes with his behavior or eating habits maybe but at this time I would just keep the water clean and monitor his behavior.
 
Could it be an issue with breeding. If its a male, it may be frustrated. Equivalent of blue %@##$. Or if its a female something to do with her eggs?
