I bought this at a lfs and forgot to ask what it was, I think the white stuff is a sponge.

The bubbles are glass algae. Remove them but DO NOT pop them.

The first posts looks like some micromussa or a blasto and possibly a growing sponge in the other picture.

As for the 'bubbles', that is most def a majano anemone. A glass anemone that is considered a pest. Use a product like aiptasia-x, joe's juice, or inject boiling lemon juice/water directly into the mouth.

Those white things are a type of worm I used to have them in my aquarium and they spread really bad. I had to pick them all out 1 at a time. I don't think they hurt anything but they get all over the rock and glass like algae

Sticking to my guns on the majano. It is stressing your zoas out. Nuke it with aiptasia-x and they'll start to open up.
