Coral Banded Shrimp

I have read the other threads on Coral Banded Shrimp but still have my question. I won a very small CBS in a raffle at my local Marine Aquarium Club, but didnt want to put it in my main tank for fear it harm my livestock in there, so i placed it in my sump. I have rock in there so it seems to like it, but im not sure sure what to feed it, or if i even have to. Everything in my main tank eats algea, so i dont have to feed it much. whats the best food to feed this guy to get him nice and big so i trade it for a frag or something.

Mine forages at night and will come out when I feed the rest of the tank. I feed frozen shrimp and formula 1 and formula 2. Not sure what he actually likes but he eats the above.

He will eat almost any meaty foods. Just drop in a small piece of shrimp, and he will find it.
