I'm beginning to hate yellow tangs. I have no luck with them. My yellow has a problem with any tangs that are the same shape as he. Right now he's torturing a purple. Did you see any aggression out of yours?

Very, very little. They spar now and then but the worst is the littlest yellow tang gets a split fin that heals in a few weeks. Like the picture below with the sailfin.

IMO, having plenty of "get way!" room and lots of tang sized hidey holes keeps aggression down as well as feeding them until they can barely swim. A fat tang is a lazy tang.

My reef is 95% covered in coral, there are just under a thousand mushrooms of various colors and about +30 varieties of soft, LPS and SPS corals all grown together.
