Hey everybody I have been offline for a while and have a question about coraline. We have finally started to get coraline in the tank after only about a year and a half wait. My concern is we are going to do a water change over the weekend and we are wondering if removing the water below the coraline level will cause it to die off? We have never had this problem before because we never had any algea. Thanks for all your help

Won't hurt at all as long as you don't let it sit empty for hours. Most water changes can be completed in under an hour and we have never had a problem losing any coralline. You can keep live rock wrapped in wet newspaper to transport it and the coralline will not die off so you shouldn't have a problem.

Like Kat said dont leave it for hours to sit. Take tha water out and back in as soon as possible.
