Hello Everyone,

I have a fair amount of corraline algae growing in spots on the front of my tank which I haven't been able to remove with a magfloat or a toothbrush. The tank is acrylic so I am worried about using something that will scratch the surface. Any suggestions?

Pro Scraper blade would be easiest as long as the blade doesn't have any notches or worn areas on it; otherwise, good old acrylic pad and elbow grease :)

I agree with Innovator. Another thing that will help prevent growth is to clean the glass on a daily basis with a good magnet. This keeps the build up and growth from taking hold. I try and run my magnets over my tank 2 times a day just to keep from having that issue.
