Could i get a bolivian ram for my 20 long?

In my 20 long i have 5 cherry barbs, 8 cardinal tetras, 4 albino cordoras, 4 otocinclus, and 1 zebra snail.
Do i have enough room for a bolivian ram or 2 as my centerpiece(s)?

all areas of the tank have inhabitants but imo you could get away with 1, i wouldn't do two of them if it was me.

What about a german blue ram?

A pair of either Bolivians or blue rams will do just fine in that tank, but I recommend blues since Bolivians get about half an inch longer and are slightly taller too. They are both bottom to mid dwellers. I've successfully kept 4 breeding pairs of blue rams in a 55g tank and a 20L is the same footprint as a 29g right? One pair is fine but not two in this case.

I think you are getting pretty full, but I think 1 of either species would be ok.
