Could I sell fish from home without having to have a permit of some sort? The ones I breed?

Also where can I sell fish to shops in Manchester?

You could, possibly to your lfs but you would have to sell them to them cheap enough for them to consider it to be honest. Infact they probably have others that give them molly fry for free because mollys breed so easily. Ebay maybe? You may be able sell some somewhere.
