Crab ID pls

Is this guy safe to keep with other fish and shrimps?

Crabs are opportunistic. It'll do what it can, but shouldn't be able to catch a healthy fish. I'm not familiar with that exact guy, but he doesn't look to be reef safe. He reminds me of this, minus the anemone....Hermit Crab with Anemone

Ohh man, this is bad. Some hair algae is starting to grow on my rocks and am working to get red of them slowly.

Am installing Ro/di water filter within the next couple of days + phos reactor is already installed to lower the phosphate in the water. I got these two crabs to eat the algae on the rocks but now I have to take them out.

Some people say hand removal of the hair algae is not a problem. What do think?

peroxide dip the rock 75% tank water 25% peroxide about 5 min than put back into tank
the hair algae should be gone in a day or so
as for hermits trade those in for a few Scarlett hermits
