Crab????

I have a emerald crab and a few hermits but tonight I found this, any idea what it is? It is hanging upside down and seems to have something waiving around.

VERY nice hitchhiker. I have a blue one I bought that I sometimes don't see for a week at a time because of hiding. I didn't know they even came in purple. I've only ever seen the blue and white.
