Curved spine

What are the reasons for a curved spine? I have a killnfish and it eats, seems healthy. Ive heard TB but maybe a breeding issue. Any thoughts? Is it contagious? Fish in hospital tank

TB, pregnancy, genetics or poor diet/lack of minerals.

Got him from a local pet store, rescue case. Still eats great, in hospital tank. Was thinking TB thats why he is in isolation.
