I read they're hard to get eating but mines eating pellets, flake and nori. Will buy some mysis this weekend.
 
Got some new corals today.

Acan - Wicked Colours.. Only a frag so it'll take time to grow.

Now not only do I want your nem, I also want the fan... If you didn't live so far away I would think about confiscating them.

Test results.

Salinity - 1.025
Amm - 0ppm
Nitrite - 0ppm
Nitrate - 5ppm
Phosphate - Undetectable
Calcium - 540ppm - Little High
kH - 9

So, its SPS time. Added my first SPS on the weekend, Looks good. Hasnt lost any colour as of yet, Poylps extended.
I'll get pictures today, Getting a decent camera for a couple of hours.
 
Just got a couple FTS.

Some corals have been moved because of the anemone, Im just going to keep corals on the left hand side untill the nem has found his spot. He basically has, Just moving slightly here and there for foot placement i think.

Instead of painting the back, I use my acintic lights to make it blueish behind.
 
Abit of an update.

Anemone moved up the rocks a little higher and had a nice suprice under it.

Tiger Pistol Shrimp.

In a couple of hours i'll try get some nice shots of some corals ive gotten and i got a new fish. A nice blue tang.

Also, Water chemicals.

Nitrate - Hovering around 15ppm, getting it down slowly.
Phos - Undetectable on the API test kit, Need to get a Hanna Checker.
Calcium - 480ppm
Temp - 25.5c-26.5c, Chillers set to 26c, So turns on when it reaches about 27c.
Salinity - 1.025
 
Nah, he was cool. But i would never see him. So i thought, Someone else might want to go to the trouble of trying to pair him up. Cool little guy, Just thought someone else could use him better then i could.

Ok, Little update!

Cleaned the sump out yesterday, This is my skimmate after about 24hours.

Wow. Excellent stuff there Danny. I love the acans, and i really love your fuge.. that's what i want my fuge to look like eventually once i get rid of most of this chaeto, and put in a few other species of plant life. Most be great at exporting excess nutrients.. What kind of plants you got in there?

Got alot of [FONT=Arial, Helvetica]Caulerpa growing in there, Also a little bit of [/FONT][FONT=Arial, Helvetica]Halimeda.

if you lived in Aus, I'd be able to harvest some for you. I just got rid of a bag full.
There are all types of critters down there too, Snails, Crabs, Pods, Worms, So much life down there.

Just went to a LFS (Pretty bad one, Just went there to see what they had)

Ended up getting a very nice mushroom i can start to frag once it attachs. (The little red one is a frag)
