+1 it sounds from your post that you got a crab, before a tank, and want to base a tank around a crab in a bucket?

I had 1 for a short time. Definitely not reef friendly. They will rip up corals to adorn themselves. Every time they molt they will redecorate. If ur lucky they will use some of the coral fm their previous shell but usually go after all new stuff.
They r fun to watch if u have loads of coral.
