Did anyone beat Ick with garlic and cleaner shrimp?

Garlic IMO and according to the article will not get rid of the parasite. It basically strenghtens the immune system. A cleaner shrimp can not keep up with parasite production. Your best bet would be to QT all your fish and treat with Hyposalinity. The Display tank should be fishless for 8 weeks. Here is some info on the parasite
