different diets for my oscar vs. my peacocks/haps/mbuna

I've got cobalt flakes and nls 1 mm pellets. My oscar is almost 2 in. My others around 2-3.5. I just got the pellets. I plan to give those every couple days to my malawis. My question is should my oscar have the pellets daily? Also with a little flakes daily? I read baby oscars need more to eat, but don't want to overfeed him... Thanks!

Feed them all the nls everyday then skip once a week with the Africans. Don't feed more than they will eat in a few minutes.
