Disappearing Oto

Maybe someone has some ideas???

Couple days ago I couldn't find one of my oto cats (only have 2) I have searched high and low in the tank and can't find him anywhere. checked the floor, filter, plants....still no oto. What happened?

If it has only been a couple of days, don't lose hope. My otos are excellent at hiding and often I can't account for them all no matter how hard I look.

Keep searching the tank--he may just have found a good hiding spot!

I agree with Madame X. I have 3 otos and I never seem to see all three of them at once more than once a week. In the beginning it made me kind of nervous and I'd be at the tank with a flashlight looking in every nook and cranny. Now I'm pretty sure one is just hiding really well all the time!
