I am upgrading my tank so I will be needing to move my plants too. I think that my anubis is ready to be divided. Do I just cut the rhizome? What's a good length to keep the rhizome? I don't want to cut it too short.

Thanks

Yep, cut the rhizome. Some people think 2" is enough, but that leaves yo uwith a tiny plant. I'd go 3".

How about Anubias Nana Petite? I'd be surprised if they ever got big enough to cut into two 2" sections!

I just divided my Anubias barteri v nana "Petite" and, as long as the stem is attached to a decent chunk of rhizome, they seem to do OK. YMMV.
