Got a fowlr tank, 120g. Just did alkalinity test. My dKH was10.9. Are my fish in trouble?

Is this a change from the normal dKH? Any changes in the tank? How long has the tank been stable?

Well, went to Aruba and brought back some dead corals to put in. I also swapped from canisters to a sump. That's all I've done in the last couple of months.

The corals probably elevated your dKH. Sudden changes are usually more of a problem than absolute values. Check it again and see if it's still changing or if it's stable. If it's changing, take the corals out and reintroduce slowly over time.

That is perfectly fine. You want your alk anywhere between 7-11 dKH.

i don't think dkh is a big deal with a fowlr.
