do i need co2?

Hey all, i current have a 30 gallon tank, that has high light, i believe, (39 watt t5 with reflector, 17 inches from gravel surface).....do you think i need to put in a co2 system? any and all help would be awesome.

I wouldn't call that high light. That's medium. If you're not having algae problems, then I see no reason to add it.
