Dont know what is wrong with my red blood parrot cichlid

It was like this a mong ago, it stayed at the bottom and was swimming upside down and sideways and couldn't control its movement but we changed the water and it recovered after a few days but now its doing the same thing and has white spots on it and i noticed a bump on its side which is shown in the photo, the other fish are fine and the temperature is also fine. anyone know what is wrong?
