90Cm tank sand sorry can't help with filter but my water is very clear . I have 1 angel 1 bgkf 1 dwarf gourami 3 torpedo barbs 2 corydorius 1 pleco 1 pictus cat 2 platies and 15 baby Micky mouse platies
