I think that last word didn't translate correctly. The white stuff is in the fertilizer bottle or the tank? And you are reasonably sure it is algae eh?

White stuff is in they 800 ml macro mix. Its floating in the bottom and holding on the side

Sound like something just precipitated out. Try sticking the bottle in a bowl of hot water for a bit to warm it up and then shake it. If it dissolves back in, that what it is.

Make sure that you keep it in a dark, preferably cool place. I have things growing in premade solutions quite regularly.
