Dwarf Puffer plant suggestions

I have a Dwarf Puffer in my 10 gallon tank and I plan on adding one more.
There's a picture attached of what my tank looks like currently but what I need to know is what types of live plants I should add?

I read that they like a lot of stuff in the tank because they're intelligent and like to explore. I have a few things already as you can see but I need live plant suggestions.

I know I can go with fake plants and I might still get a few but I want live plants to help with ammonia levels and filtration.

I just want stuff that looks good and is the full height of my tank...so give me some advice please!

Mini vallisnaria would be a good background plant. Anubias nana petite is a good foreground plant.
