Eheim 200 or Eheim 400?

I currently have a 20 gallon tank with an Eheim 100 air pump (and dual gang valve) running a bubbling dragon ornament and a 14” led air bubble curtain ... but I don’t think the Eheim 100 is powerful enough to power both with the finer, more numerous bubbles I was hoping for. Would an Eheim 200 be enough? Would the Eheim 400 be too much? I want an Eheim because they are so quiet and both the Eheim 200 and 400 have dual air flow controls.
I am planning on using the Eheim 100 for a single bubbling decoration in my other tank.

I would appreciate any advice!

Since they have adjustable air flow, just get the 400 and turn it down if needed.
