Eheim 2217 slow flow????

Hey everyone I'm having problems with my canister pump I recently put in a bio chem zorb there are 2 in my canister and when I primed the pump again and restarted it the flow seams really slow now any answers???

Is it making any noise? Is it possible there is still air in the system?
